"You're doing this for yourself" - those were the first words when I expressed my skepticism.
I've seen many many reviews. After about 2 months, I wanted to have some info: How it works?
You have to know to me, I am 31 years old and consume medicine/drugs almost daily. In the work I must function, so unfortunately it must be this way ... so I thought ....
"You're doing this for yourself" ... I have not done anything for myself in a long time, that were my thoughts. I have a demanding job that demands full concentration and mental power from me at all times. In the evening I went home tired and broken, eating, sofa, most of the time I did not even manage to get the evening movie out of exhaustion, sleep ... and the next day the same, again and again. The weekend was what had to be done, otherwise just relax. I was in a hamster wheel, which did not necessarily satisfy me. But it had become completely normal for me.
"You're doing this for yourself" ... so I tried it. You should know, this is certainly not a diet in which one starves, but on the contrary. For me, that was a big change and challenge to drink so much and eat four times a day. The first week was not easy for me. The whole change that the body had to process, brought my symptoms even more pronounced. After that one week I went uphill steeply. I was often at the point in the first week - "why are you doing this at all?". But after a week I noticed the improvements! In the beginning, I tacitly accepted that. I first told my family after week two about the change. Today I just want to tell everyone who appeals to me how well I am doing. I am now in the second phase and it is indescribable what is going on in me. For me it's all like a dream.
I am fit, rested, and spray with energy. All who know me notice my change. Be it the positive side effect minus 11 lbs. (5 kg) or also my life energy, mood and personal self-esteem.
My head is doing well as it hasn’t been in the last 14 years. For 3.5 weeks, I do not need any chemical support to survive the day anymore.
"You're doing this for yourself”, I was told. I trusted a totally stranger person and just did it. Thank you cellRESET for giving me back my already forgotten life energy and quality.
From my life energy I profit not only myself but also my complete environment. After work or on weekends, I am so fit that I avoid my sofa and prefer to go outside. I do not know that from me anymore. The sentence "You do it for yourself" is therefore only half correct. My near environment has so much more of me and my new life energy. ... today I can say ... Quality of life is what you make of it. I have taken the right path for me and am happy about every new day.
