The simplicity of how to implement this cellRESET program is awesome! Clearly there is a certain discipline, but this is a good thing.
After initial skepticism, I just tried it. What happened then was just a brutal. The first white week was difficult for me, but I bit through it. Now it's fun and the success is the madness. So far 24 lb (11 kg) down and the body feeling has become really good. My pollen allergy does not flair up anymore. Everything has improved fundamentally. With the Optimal Set as a basis I have found a life feeling again that is 1000% better in quality than before.
