Today - White Day Fish Recipe



Today my wife and I cooked Fish with balsamic vinegar, roasted cashews, dried chili, lemon juices, garlic, garlic chive, ginger, and hard boiled eggs.

First flavor some oil with dried chili in a pan on low heat, then add the cashews, shortly after add the fish (you can spices however you want, just no salt or sugar) and brown it on both sites. Combine balsamic vinegar, lemon juices, small diced garlic, small diced garlic chive, small diced ginger and add it to the fish. Cover for a couple of minutes on low heat. Add a diced hard boiled egg and you are done. Enjoy!
